Organic food is food produced without the use of chemical agents, therefore unsprayed and without toxins. This type of food meets quality standards in the fields of environment, nature and landscape. For this reason, the term ecological food (does not affect the entire system) is also used.
Eating organic foods helps increase the quality of life and influences the way you interact with your natural environment. Organic food is healthy, has a pure taste and is delicious.
Your health is influenced by many a factor. Eating organic food is one of the ways to make a positive contribution to the energy levels of your body, and it makes you conscious about the way you nourish yourself.

*An interesting study was recently finished, involving two large groups of children. Organic food versus non-organic food. The study showed that children who eat natural food are significantly more healthy than those who abstain from this type of food. The reason behind this being that organic products not necessarily contain more vitamins and minerals, but the fact that non organic food is processed and contains substances which are not beneficial to the body.
